Here's a brief but very wise post from Tim Chester called A Cross Shaped Culture. This one is timely for me, with its call to ask oneself not What is the fair and just thing to do? but What is the gracious and loving thing to do?
I'm going to apply this in a particular workplace situation of mine, but I have to admit it complicates matters a little. I was going for justice. Now I'm out for love.
Dang.

Bob,
Just wanted say congratulations. If I counted correctly, this is post #606. Thanks for not stopping. I really enjoy your perspective. I am in an odd place in my life spiritually right now and I'm finding a lot of encouragement and wisdom in your writing (even if it is just a link to another blog). Keep it up. Being an Alabama boy I also feel like I'm getting to broaden my cultural horizons "getting to know" someone from Maine. And finally, I am a guitar picker (and mando beginner) so I enjoy your blog and Nate's. So even if you don't feel like it, God is using your blog for at least one brother.
God bless!
Brent
That's just good to hear, brother. Thanks very much for the encouragement.
