It's October, and my boyhood heroes, the Fightin' Phils, are still playing ball! This didn't happen often during my years of youthful fascination, hiding my transistor radio under my pillow and listening to the voices of By Saam and Richie Ashburn carry the game to my ears as I drifted to sleep. Meanwhile, my adulthood heroes, the Red Sox, are also still playing (not unusual these days). So let's doe-see-doe to a baseball tune.
Some day, I hope to hear, “Hey Mack, take the cuffs off him, I think he’s a Hall of Famer!”

Friday is for the Doe-See-Doe
I love Sinatra. I love baseball. I love this song.
Wait a minute. That's not nearly enough. How about Sinatra and Jobim?
Oh, yeah, and I know there are a lot of Bono-heads in the blogworld. So how about sinatra and Bono?
Tasty stuff.
