Sometimes people ask me what kind of music I'm into. When it's a Christian doing the asking, they usually mean, "What kind of Christian music are you into?" When I say, "Oh, I like traditional music, generally. Jazz. Bluegrass....," they respond with strange sideway glances. When I say, "Well, when it comes to Christian contemporary music, for the most part I'm not enthused," they act like I just questioned the divinity of Jesus.
